How It Works?
Weekly Sessions
Meet for 1 hour every week for 12 weeks, on an online video call
Small Group Structure
Groups are composed of a mastermind host from the PriceLabs team, alongside 5 selected members with similar business size and type. See below how the selection process works.
One Big Individual Goal
At the beginning of the mastermind, each member will share a goal they want to achieve at the end of the 12 weeks. Every week they will work towards this goal by breaking it into smaller accomplishments.
Weekly Update
Every week, each member will update a shared spreadsheet with what they have accomplished so far against their goal.
Focused Discussions
In each session, members will present their week’s progress to the group and share any blockers they faced. Group will offer constructive feedback and advice to each other.
Hot Seat
Every week, for 30 minutes, one of the members will share a problem they need to solve. Others will chime in with feedback, and hot questions to help them think through.

- No intensive revenue management training
- Not a place to ask PriceLabs-related questions
Commitment from You
- Dedicate 1 hour weekly
- Attend all sessions; missing 2 may result in removal
- Actively participate in discussions and activities
